WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

If a delivery is delayed but still expected to arrive according to the tracking, contact us via email so that we can file a missing package search with the post office. After 5 business days, if the package is not found, a replacement order will be shipped. If the tracking shows that the order is delivered and the package cannot be found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with USPS or recover their package. No guarantees of any kind are offered on international shipping. All additional duties/fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Once again, we are happy to provide international shipping to Canada and Australia, but we do not make any guarantees once the package is in the possession of USPS. Any additional duties or fees are to be paid by the customer.
